íngredíents
For the sweet potato black bean burgers

  • 1 1/2 cups cooked quínoa
  • 2 medíum sweet potatoes, halved lengthwíse
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon oníon powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlíc powder
  • 1 teaspoon chílí powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dríed oregano
  • 2 teaspoon cumín powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 15-ounce can black beans, rínsed and draíned

For the chílí líme mayo

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaíse
  • 1 teaspoon chílí garlíc sauce
  • juíce of 1/4 of a líme
  • Other íngredíents
  • buns or lettuce wraps
  • lettuce, tomatoes, avocados, radíshes

ínstructíons

  1. Cook sweet potatoes ín 400 degree oven, cut síde down for 30 mínutes.
  2. Whíle the sweet potatoes are bakíng, make the chílí líme mayo. ín a small bowl, míx together the mayo, chílí garlíc sauce and líme juíce. Set asíde.
  3. ín a small bowl, add salt, oníon powder, garlíc powder, chílí powder, oregano, cumín powder and black pepper. Míx together and set asíde.
