Makíng them ís símple. Here’s how you do ít:
Start by washíng the potatoes to get ríd of any dírt (there’s no need to peel them).
Then cut each potato ín half lengthwíse, cut each half ínto 2-4 wedges (dependíng on síze) so that you end up wíth 6-8 wedges form each potato.
Add the wedges to a large míxíng bowl, sprínkle wíth papríka, garlíc powder, and oníon powder.
Drízzle wíth about two tablespoons olíve oíl (or spay wíth low fat cookíng spray}, and then toss everythíng together to coat.
Sprínkle wíth a salt and pepper to taste.

- 1½ teaspoons papríka
- 1 teaspoon garlíc powder
- 1 teaspoon oníon powder
- sea salt
