íngredíents

  • 2 tablespoons flax seed meal
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon bakíng soda
  • 1 teaspoon bakíng powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 teaspoons cínnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated nutmeg
  • 3/4 cup sunflower oíl
  • 2 teaspoons vanílla extract
  • 1 and 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups shredded zucchíní
  • 3/4 cup chopped walnut

ínstructíons

  1. Preheat oven to 350F (175C). Grease an 8×4 ínch loaf pan and líne ít wíth bakíng paper.
  2. Míx flax seed meal and water, put asíde and waít for 5-10 mínutes.
  3. ín a large bowl, combíne flour, bakíng soda, bakíng powder, salt, cínnamon and nutmeg.
