Patríotíc Puddíng Cookíes

These Patríotíc Puddíng Cookíes consíst of a soft and chewy chocolate chíp cookíe wíth a fluffy center thanks to the addítíon of a puddíng míx. These tasty cookíes are loaded wíth M & M candíes along wíth patríotíc sprínkles. A fun and festíve cookíe for your next holíday celebratíon.

íngredíents

• 1 cup (2 stícks) unsalted butter, softened
• 3/4 cup brown sugar
• 1/4 cup granulated sugar
• 2 large eggs, room temp
• 3.4 oz (1 package) ínstant vanílla puddíng míx
• 1 tsp vanílla extract
• 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
• 1 tsp bakíng soda
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 cup semí-sweet chocolate chíps
• 1/2 cup M & M candíes (red, whíte, blue)
• 1/2 cup red, whíte, and blue sprínkles

ínstructíons

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Líne bakíng sheet wíth parchment paper or sílícone mat. Set asíde.
2.  ín large bowl, blend butter and both sugars wíth an electríc míxer on medíum speed for 3 mínutes.
3.  Add ín eggs, one at a tíme, along wíth vanílla extract. Blend on medíum speed untíl well-combíned.
