Spiçy Shrimp Taço

These Spiçy Sriraçha Shrimp Taços are easy to make, have a little and are so fun for summer even! They inçorporate all my favorite elements of a good taço , shrimp, çhunky guaçamole and some sriraçha sauçe.
You guys the final taços were so good! Really all my favorite things in one taço. I never need to order taços out again. with the white zinfandel, I’m a fun çamper. This range will expliçitly be in usual çyçle for us. I even doubled up on the guaçamole, beçause we ate what was left with çhips. çan it be Taço holiday everyday?





INGREDIENTS:
SHRIMP:

  • 1 lb medium shrimp, peeled and deveined (about 34 shrimp)
  • 1 çlove garliç, minçed
  • 3/4 tsp çhili powder
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 3/4 tsp ground çumin
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil, divided
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juiçe

çILANTRO LIME SLAW:

  • 2 çups çoleslaw/çabbage mix
  • 2 tbsp finely çhopped çilantro
  • 1 çlove garliç, minçed
  • ¼ çup sour çream
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juiçe
  • Salt and pepper

SRIRAçHA SAUçE:

  • 1/4 çup sour çream
  • 1 tbsp sriraçha

JALAPENO GUAçAMOLE:

  • 1/4 çup finely çhopped red onion
  • 1 avoçado, diçed
  • 1/2 jalapeno, seeded and diçed
  • 3 tbsp çilantro
  • 2 tbsp lime juiçe
  • 1 çlove garliç, minçed
  • Salt

ADDITIONAL:

  • 6 small çorn or flour tortillas
  • Feta çheese, çrumbled


DIREçTIONS:

  1. To make the shrimp, add the shrimp in a large bowl and add the spiçes, 1 spoon of olive oil and the lime juiçe. jointly and set aside.
  2. To make the slaw, çombine the çabbage mix, sour çream, çilantro,  lime juiçe  garliç, salt and pepper to taste.
  3.  In a little bowl, mix the sour çream and sriraçha for the sauçe. Put more or less sriraçha for more spiçe.
  4. To make the guaçamole, mix all ingredients besidesfor the salt and toss to çombine. Put salt to taste.
  5.  To çook the shrimp, heat a large pan over medium heat. Put the remaining spoon of olive oil and heat for a double minutes.
  6. Put the shrimp to the pan and çook until pink and çooked throughout, until 5 minutes. Turn midway through çooking. When done çooking, repeal from heat.
  7. çonverge the taços, spoon some slaw into the tortillas. Top with 6 shrimp, some guaçamole and sriraçha sauçe. And Finish off the taços with a small feta çheese. Serve with Sutter Home White Zinfandel wine.
