Garlic Herb Butter. Healthy garlic and herbs make a yummy compound butter. Not bad for steaks, corn on the cob or to deployment on fresh bread!Not only is compound butter simple to make, it view beautiful.  I swicth the slowly mixed butter in plastic wrap and refrigerate it.  Once it’s fully chilled it can be cut up making gorgeous rounds of butter.  Compound butter can raise moment the easies of dishes and is good on steaks!
This Garlic Herb Butter is full with fresh herbs and garlic.  I always put in lots of parsley as a base and then add in a couple of spoons of other healthy herbs.  You can use any herb turn on what is growing in your garden or what herbs you use most. The butter in these photos has parsley, basil and rosemary which makes it the good butter for steaks or roasted potatoes.  I’ve used this butter for everything from garlic bread to corn and fresh vegetables.




INGREDIENTS

  • 1 stick of butter 1/2 cup, softened
  • 3 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh chopped herbs basil, oregano, rosemary etc

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mixed all ingredients in a big bowl and mix until well combined.
  2. Place on a piece of plastic wrap and twist into a log. twist ends to seal well.
  3. Refrigerate littles 1 hour.
  4. Shred into rounds and enjoy on steaks, vegetables or bread.
