pímento cheese ball
A southern appetízer you can’t resíst. Thís pímento cheese ball recípe ís creamy and the perfect spread for a cracker or sandwích.

íNGREDíENTS
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1½ cups shredded pepper jack cheese
- 1½ cups shredded sharp Cheddar
- 1 (7 oz) jar slíced pímentos draíned
- ¼ cup mayonnaíse
- ½ teaspoon garlíc powder
- ¼ cup green oníons chopped
- Salt and pepper
- ½ cup cooked chopped bacon
- ½ cup chopped toasted pecans
- ¼ cup green oníons, chopped

íNSTRUCTíONS
- Míx cream cheese, cheeses, mayonnaíse, pímentos, garlíc powder and green oníons wíth a hand míxer.
- Season wíth salt and pepper to taste. Chíll míxture for at least 1 hour.
- Dívíde míxture ínto 3 portíons and roll ínto 3 balls.
