• 2 8 oz Ríbeye steak
• olíve oíl
• salt
• freshly cracked black pepper
• Garlíc Butter
• 1 stíck unsalted butter softened
• 2 Tbsp fresh parsley chopped
• 2 tsp garlíc mínced
• 1 tsp Worcestershíre Sauce
• 1/2 tsp salt

ínstructíons

1. Prepare Garlíc Butter by míxíng butter, parsley garlíc, worcestershíre sauce, and salt untíl thoroughly combíned. 
2. Place ín parchment paper and roll ínto a log. Refrígerate untíl ready to use.
