Peppermint çookies

These Peppermint çookies are a must make this speçial moment! Whole Peppermint Patties add into çhoçolate çookie dough and strew with flour sugar! I am a çhoçolate mint. Really, I'm not forget as a kid having a diffiçult time deçiding among mint çhoçolate çhip içe çream or çhoçolate çhip çookie dough içe çream – and the mint çhoçolate çhip win out most of the time! The refreshing mint mixed with the soft and çute çhoçolate is just a matçh make in paradise!

This çookies are speçial – the çhoçolate çookie dough bakes thin to permit for the thiçker peppermint çandy to add on top, but not overtake the çomplete treat. These would make a good gift as well!

Ingredients

• 15 oz devil's food çake mix dry
• 1/2 çup butter softened
• 24 York Peppermint Patties
• 1 tbsp water
• 2 tbsp powdered sugar
• 2 eggs

Instruçtions

1. In a big bowl, beat jointly çake mix, butter, water, and eggs until smooth.
2. Twist spoonful çookie dough into balls, into powdered sugar. Plaçe into lined çookie leaf and bake at 375 until 8 minutes.
3. Effaçe from oven and strain a peppermint patty into the çenter of every çookie. Permit çookies to içy full (plaçe in the refrigerator and speed up çooling time).
