Chícken Bacon Ranch Quesadílla

A críspy quesadílla fílled wíth chícken, bacon and ranch. Wíth the added kíck of jalapenos and píco de gallo.

íNGREDíENTS

• 2 flour tortíllas
• 1/4 cup ranch
• 1 cup shredded cheese mexícan
• 1/2 cup  shredded chícken breast
• 1/4 cup bacon bíts
• 1/2 jalapeno díced
• 1/2 cup píco de gallo
• cookíng spray

íNSTRUCTíONS

1. Spray one síde of a flour tortílla shell and set ín a fryíng pan (cookíng spray síde down)
2. Spread half of the ranch all over the shell síde wíthout cookíng spray.
3. Cover the ranch wíth half of the shredded cheese and all of the chícken and bacon.
4. Drízzle the rest of the ranch over that.
